Prefabricated branch cable design selection
1.1 For general workplaces or general loads, select "VV" type PVC insulated, PVC sheathed prefabricated branch power cables.
1.2 For working environments with an average temperature greater than 35℃ or larger loads, select YJV type cross-linked polyethylene insulated, PVC sheathed branch power cables.
1.3 For electrical circuits that require flame retardancy in the design, ZR-YJV or GZR-YJV flame retardant prefabricated branch power cables can be selected.
1.4 For fire-fighting electrical equipment, elevator electricity, emergency lighting electricity, or special electricity lines, select NH-YJV or SC1-FPB-CE fire-resistant prefabricated branch power cables.
1.5 The selected main cable cross-section and branch cable cross-section should reserve 30% of the capacity and meet the voltage drop requirements.
Requirements for civil engineering
2.1 Opening size of the electrical vertical shaft floor:
A. Reserved hole length of the floor mm
B. Reserved hole width of the floor mm
A=Number of main cables × Outer diameter of main cable × 3
B=For main cable cross-section below 240mm2, single circuit takes 200mm, double circuit takes 300mm; for main cable cross-section above 300mm2, single circuit takes 300mm, double circuit takes 500mm.
2.2 Minimum bending radius of the cable:
Single core R=20D
Multi-core R=15D
R is the bending radius, D is the outer diameter of the cable.

After completing the lifting work, the cable should be fixed to the building wall within 24 hours, after which the lifting ring will no longer bear the overall weight load of the branch cable.
